1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SV Personnels ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definition of Services

SV Personnels operates as a Govt. Authorized manpower and job placement network across India, matching employers seeking skilled manpower with verified personnel and agencies.

3. Account Creation & Security

To request bookings or register as a professional, users must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
• Promptly update profile information to keep it accurate.
• Be fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policies

Booking requests placed on the platform represent a direct contract offer to the service professional. Cancellation of confirmed bookings should be communicated at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to account suspension.

5. Payment and Pricing

All budgets and service pricing listed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are settled directly between the employer/client and the professional or through official SV Personnels invoices.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SV Personnels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.

7. Modifications to the Agreement

SV Personnels reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
