Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Service Cancellation & Full Refund

We understand that schedules change. If you cancel a confirmed booking at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, or if a service professional fails to arrive or cancels your request before rendering service, you are eligible for a 100% Full Refund of any online pre-payment made.

2. Service Quality & Dispute Resolution

SV Personnels stands behind the verification and skill of every partner. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a completed job, you must report the issue within 24 hours of completion through our Client Support or Contact Us portal. Our verification team will inspect the complaint promptly and arrange either a complimentary re-work by a senior professional or initiate a partial/full refund based on assessment.

3. Mid-Service Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a job after the professional has arrived at the location and verified the Start Work OTP, a nominal visiting/diagnostic fee (up to 25% of the fixed daily charge or ₹200, whichever is lower) will be retained to compensate the professional's travel and time. Any remaining balance paid online will be refunded immediately.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original source of payment (UPI bank account, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank's processing speed. You will receive an email confirmation containing the bank reference number (RRN) as soon as the transfer is initiated.

5. Corporate & Agency Staffing Refunds

For monthly outsourcing, guard security contracts, and hospital staff placements, billing and refund credits are managed in accordance with the specific SLA (Service Level Agreement) signed between SV Personnels and the client organization. Pro-rata credit notes are issued for any gap in replacement staffing within 48 hours.
